Yong-Uk Kwon Professor

인사말

Professor Yong-Uk Kwon received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Sung-Kee Chung in the field of bioorganic and medicinal chemistry in Department of Chemistry, POSTECH. He worked on the development of carbohydrate-based vaccines with Prof. Seeberger in MIT and ETH and worked on the development of peptoid-based libraries and their applications with Prof. Kodadek in UT-southwestern Medical Center. Then he joined Department of Chemistry and Nanoscience, Ewha Womans University in 2008 and is now a full professor. His researches focus on the interface between chemistry and biology. He has published many papers in top chemistry-related journals including J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Biol., Chem. Commun., Org. Lett., etc.
