한평림 명예교수

한평림 교수는 뇌인지과학 전공/스크랜튼학부 소속 교수로 동물 모델을 이용한 스트레스-우울증의 분자적 기전 연구의 전문가이다. 서울대를 졸업하고, 미국 베일러의과대학 대학원 신경과학과에서 학습과 기억의 분자생물학적 연구에 대한 주제로 박사학위를 받았다. 2013년부터 대한퇴행성신경질환학회 회장, 전문 신경과학의 국제 저널인 <Experimental Neurobiology>의 편집장으로 활동하고 있으며, 현재까지 약 100여편의 논문을 SCI급 국제학술지에 발표했다. 주요 연구주제로는 스트레스 및 스트레스 관련 인지행동, 우울증 행동 조절 인자의 기능 분석, 인지행동의 선택적 조절 및 제어 기술 개발 등이 있다.
