이화여자대학교 아시아여성학센터에서는 「인문사회연구소 지원사업」“인종과 젠더: 글로벌 한국의 신-인종화 현상 분석과 이론화”을 수행할 전임연구인력을 채용하고자 하오니, 역량 있는 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
1. 근무조건
· 채용 기간 : 24년 1월 1일~24년 5월 31일(한국연구재단 인문사회연구소지원사업 수행 일정에 따른 기간이며, 단계 평가 통과 이후 근무 평가를 통해 1년 단위 재임용 가능)
· 급여 : 연봉 4천만 원 이상(기관부담금 포함 4대 보험금, 퇴직금 포함)
· 근무지 : 이화여자대학교 아시아여성학센터 (서울시 서대문구 이화여대길 52 영학관)
· 의무사항 : 본 연구 관련 논문 연간 2편 이상 출판(재단 등재(후보)학술지)
· 업무:
1) '인종과 젠더'를 주제로 한 연구 수행
2) 학술 행사·출판 기획, 보고서 작성 등 제반 업무

· 박사 학위 소지자
· ‘인종과 젠더’ 연구를 수행할 수 있는 관련 인문사회 분야 연구자
· 해외출장에 결격사유가 없는 자, 연구인력 임용에 결격 사유가 없는 자

The Asian Center for Women’s Studies at Ewha Womans University is hiring a post-doctoral researcher for our project titled “Race and Gender: Global Korea, Neo-Racialization and Intersectionality.” This project is a part of the Institute Programs in Humanities & Social Sciences, National Research Foundation of Korea.
1. Job Descriptions
· Employment Period: January 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024 (In accordance with the period of Institute Programs in Humanities & Social Sciences, National Research Foundation of Korea)
· Salary: An annual salary of 40 million KRW or more (inclusive of four major insurance benefits, including institutional charges and severance pay)
· Place of Work: Asian Center for Women’s Studies, Ewha Womans University (Yeonghak-gwan, 52, Ewhayeodae-gil, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea)
· Duties: Publish a minimum of two research papers annually related to this project in journals indexed in a foundation (or candidate journals for foundation indexing).
· Tasks:
1) Contribute to the research theme of “Race and Gender.”
2) Organize academic events and publications and prepare project reports, etc.
2. Minimum Qualifications
· Holds a Ph.D. degree.
· Demonstrates expertise in the humanities and social sciences with the capability to conduct research on “Race and Gender.”
· Must be available for international business trips and open to appointments in a research position.
