1. 성적입력 및 성적이의신청 일정
가. 성적입력일정
(1) 성적입력 기간: 2023. 1. 16(월) 10:00 ~ 1. 19(목) 23:59
(2) 학생성적 조회: 2023. 1. 16(월) 담당교수 성적 확정 즉시부터
★ 유레카 성적확정 즉시 학생의 EWHA 어플리케이션으로 성적확정알림 메시지 전송됨
(PUSH 알림은 신규 EWHA 앱에서 모바일 신분증을 발급 받아야 수신 가능(관련 공지))
나. 성적이의신청 관련일정
(1) 성적이의신청(학생): 성적확정 즉시 ~ 2023. 1. 20(금) 17:00
(2) 성적수정기간(교원): 성적확정 즉시 ~ 2023. 1. 26(목) 13:00
2. 성적이의신청제도
가. 정의 : 담당교수의 성적입력 및 확정 후 학생이 성적을 확인하고 기대성적과 실제성적이 다른 경우정해진 기간에 담당교수에게 이의신청을
하여 담당교수가 검토 후 사무착오인 경우 해당 성적을직접 수정할 수 있도록 하는 제도
나. 성적이의신청 처리절차

라. 2022학년도 겨울계절학기 일정
1) 성적이의신청기간: 성적 확정 직후 ~ 1. 20(금) 17:00까지
2) 수정성적 확인: 담당교수의 성적수정 즉시 가능 (2023. 1. 26(목) 13:00 성적수정 마감)

마. 유의사항
1) 정해진 기간 내에 사전에 공지된 담당교수의 연락처로 직접 이의신청해야 합니다.
(교과목 담당교수의 사생활 침해가 되지 않도록 새벽과 심야시간은 피하여 연락하여 주시기 바랍니다.)
2) 명백히 사무착오가 아닌 경우에는 이의신청이 받아들여지지 않으므로 이의신청에 신중을 기하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3) 유레카 통합행정시스템 상 실제로 연락가능한 본인의 연락처를 기재하여야 하며, 미기재시 성적관련 사항을 안내 받지 못할 수 있습니다.
※ 새로 오픈된 이화여자대학교 어플리케이션을 설치하면 학사관련 안내를 더욱 편하게 받을 수 있습니다.

4) 상대평가의 경우 성적등급별 비율이 정해져있어 타인의 이의신청으로 인해 이의신청을 하지 않은 본인의 성적등급이 수정될 수 있으므로
성적수정기간(1월 26일까지) 종료 후 최종적으로 본인성적을 다시 확인해야 합니다.
5) 본 제도는 학부 및 일반대학원 대상 시행입니다. 전문.특수대학원 학생은 각 대학원 행정실에 별도 문의하시기 바랍니다.
※ 성적표 발송안내: 2019학년도 1학기부터 성적표 우편 발송이 중지됩니다.
학생은 마이유레카, 학부모는 “학부모 포탈”(http://parent.ewha.ac.kr)에서 학생의 학부모 정보 조회 권한 허용 후 조회할 수 있습니다.

1. Timeline for Submitting Grades
(1) Period for Entering Grades: 2023. 1. 16(Mon) 10:00 ~ 1. 19(Thu) 23:59
(2) Period for Students to Check their Grades:
As soon as the professor confirms the grades after 2023. 1. 16(Mon) ~
★ A confirmation alert message will be sent to the students’ EWHA application as soon as the grades are confirmed
(3) Period for Grade Appeal:
As soon as the professor confirms the grades after 2023.1.16(Mon) 10:00 ~ 1.19(Thu) 17:00
(4) Period for Grade Correction: Upon grade confirmation ~ 2023.1.26(Thu) 13:00
2. Guidelines for Grade Appeal Procedures
1) Grade Appeal system
The responsible professor enters and confirms the grades and if a student finds the given grade to be different from
expectations, the student may submit an objection to the professor, who may then review and directly correct
the relevant grade in the case of an incorrect grading made due to a clerical error.

3) Notes to students
- Submit the appeal directly to your professor within the prescribed period. Use the contact information provided in
advance. (Due to personal privacy issues, please avoid contacting professors during late hours)
- Enter your valid contact details in Korea into Eureka otherwise you may not be notified of grade-related information.
- Please be cautious when requesting a grade objection, since the request will be not accepted without apparent clerical
errors. (Data Error, Entry Error, Paper Error, Calculation Error, Grading Error, Name Error, Other)
- Your grade is subject to change due to another student’s grade appeal even if you did not make an appeal yourself,
since the distribution range per letter grade is determined based on the relative evaluation system.
Please check your final grades again after the end of the Grade Correction period(by January 26).
- You can receive academic information more efficiently by installing the new launched “EWHA” application in your smart phone.

- Grade Appeal Period: After grade confirmation ~ 2023.1.20(Fri) 17:00
- Grade Correction Check: Available once the grade correction is confirmed by the Professor(Deadline: 1.26(Thu) 13:00).
