The Center for Quantum Nanoscience, an extramural research center of IBS (Institute for Basic Science), located in Ewha Womans University is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic HR specialist. We recruit administrative office workers who are responsive, meticulous and team players to work under an international working environment.

- Job responsibilities include
- - Learn and handle visa & inland hire process for international members and visitors
- - Communicate with visitors(international and Korean) to support their visit to QNS
- - Be an on-call resource for international members and visitors
- - Learn and assist in HR reports, educational sessions and recruitment process
- - Learn and assist with contract & visa renewal process
- - Organize and manage internal events and meetings
- - Handle tax settlement and health check-up for center’s employee
- - Organize and manage internal employee yearly evaluation process
- - Teamwork with Ops team to handle events, visitors, reporting, etc…
- Qualifications:
- - Fully bilingual English/Korean
- - Minimum bachelor’s degree
- - Strong interest in human resource support
- - Understanding of organizational culture & demonstrated ability to work with other cultures
- - Self-starter and outstanding team work
- - Trustworthy and confidentiality
- - A good use of MS office, google suite and other tech
