2020학년도 전기(2021년 2월) 졸업생 대상으로 배부될 영문 졸업증서(학위기)의 영문성명은

유레카 포탈 영문성명과 동일하게 반영되므로, 졸업예정자는 아래와 같이 기간 내 반드시

영문성명 확인 및 변경을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 대상자: 학부 및 일반대학원 재학생(또는 수료생) 중 2021년 2월 졸업예정자

2. 확인 및 변경 방법

1) 메뉴: 유레카 포탈>개인정보변경>기본정보관리>영문이름에서 확인 및 변경 가능

2) 확인해야할 사항

- 여권 성명과 스펠링을 동일하게 표기함

- "성, 이름"(성,(콤마) 한칸 띄고 이름) 형식으로 입력(예: KIM, EWHA)

* 영문 졸업증서(학위기)에는 모두 대문자로 표기되며, 입력된 소문자는 자동 변환 예정임.

3. 확인 및 변경 기간: 2020. 12. 14.(월) ~ 2021. 1. 29.(금)

4. 유의사항

- 영문성명 미입력자는 영문 졸업증서(학위기)를 교부하지 않음

- 졸업증서(학위기)는 재발급 또는 추가 발급되지 않음

- 졸업예정자는 확인 및 변경기간 (2020. 12. 14.(월) ~ 2021. 1. 29.(금)) 종료 후

영문 졸업증서(학위기) 발급 작업이 진행되는 졸업일자 2. 22(월)까지

유레카 포탈 영문명 수정 불가함

2. How to check your name

A. Menu: 유레카 포탈>개인정보변경>기본정보관리>영문이름

(EUREKA Portal>Personal Information>Basic Information>[Name(English)]

B. You must match the name printed in your diploma to the exact name

as it appears on your passport.

C. Last Name, First name in order: “Last Name,(Comma)(Blank)First Name”

(ex: KIM, EWHA)

3. Confirmation Period: December 14th(Mon.), 2020 ~ January 29th(Fri.), 2021

* English Diploma will not be issued to students who did not register their

English names in EUREKA.

* Diploma will not be reissued.

* Please be noted that students cannot change English name temporarily

after the confirmation period until the graduation day.
