배승진(裵勝珍) 교수

배승진 프로필 사진 
배승진 교수는 보건의료 경제성평가, 의약품 정책 관련 분야의 전문가이다. 미국 하버드대학교 보건대학원에서 Health Policy and Management 전공으로 박사학위를 받았으며, United States Congress, Congressional Budget Office (CBO) 여름인턴, Harvard Center for Risk Analysis 연구원 등을 역임하였다.  
현재 신약의 가치, 항암제 급여정책, quality-adjusted life years 등의 연구를 진행하고 있으며 경제학분야 상위 5% 국제저널 (SSCI) 에 교신 및 1저자로 발표한 논문 포함하여 다수의 논문을 국제 학술지에 발표하였다. 한국보건의료기술평가학회, 한국보건경제정책학회, 보건사회약료경영학회 등에 임원진으로 활동하며 건강보험심사평가원/건강보험공단 자문위원을 역임하고 있다.
