김완규(金浣奎) 교수

김완규 프로필 사진
김완규 교수는 학부 생명과학 전공/바이오정보학 대학원 협동과정 소속 교수로 영국 캠브리지 대학교에서 박사 학위를 수여하였다. 전공 분야는 전산 시스템생물학 및 생명정보학이고,  최근에는 주로 AI 및 빅데이터 기반 신약개발 관련 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 랩 동료와 함께 Spin-off 벤처기업인 주식회사 카이팜을 설립하였다. 지난 15년 간 시스템약물학, 화학유전체학, 빅데이터 마이닝, 암 유전체 및 생체 네트워크 등 다양한 생명정보학 관련 연구를 수행하였고, Genome Biology, Nucleic Acids Research, Molecular Cancer, Nat. Comm, Nature Biotech. 등 ~40편의 SCI(E) 논문 및 다수의 국내외 특허를 출원/등록한 바 있다.
