Center for Women's Leadership Development
Founded in February 1997, the Ewha Women Leadership Development Center offers educational programs for female leaders to develop leadership skills that are required for top executive positions and will help them to shape their organizations and communities in new and innovative ways.
The 21st century is the age of information and characterized by rapid changes in our daily lives, including gender roles, which means that women are more active than ever in every level of society. This growing understanding that women have power to change the world means that empowering women and developing women's leadership skills are directly connected to growing global competitiveness. That is why the Women Leadership Development Center also operates the Advanced Leadership Program Society course to help women acquire leadership skills in the context of a globalized perspective and access to a network of women who also participate in the program.
