Ewha Institute for Leadership Development
The Ewha Institute for Leadership Development (EILD) aims to enhance leadership competencies of current and prospective female leaders not only in business, politics, and government, but also professional and civic organizations. Our aim is to return Ewha’s longstanding experience in women’s education and academic achievements to society. The programs operate in three separate courses.

Regular Course Program
This program is designed to foster vision and enthusiasm that leads to change and innovation as well as enhance the core leadership competencies required of mid-level female managers in each sector of society (public, corporate, NPO) to advance to high positions where decisions are made.
Specialized Course program
This is a specialized short-term program that cultivates in-depth professionalism and leadership by focusing on topics that reflect the demands and interests of female leaders. This includes the study of negotiation tactics and conflict resolution, a mini-MBA, policy making and evaluation, as well as communication.
Consignment Program
This program is designed to be customized to its period regarding contents and the method of education to meet the requirements of the consignment institution based on its internal and external environment and needs.
