How to Apply for a notebook computer

Rental period

One day, one time, up to five hours (can be limited to those with reservations when there are too many applicants.)

How to check-out

After requesting a rental, users can check-out the laptop computer from IT One-Stop Service Center after showing ID.

Check-out / return at

IT One-Stop Service Center (ECC B205, 82-2-3277-4777)

Service hours

Mon-Fri, 08:40-18:30 (09:00-17:00 during the vacation)


  1. 1. Students must pay for / replace damaged or broken notebook computers.
  2. 2. Students must replace lost notebook computers within one week from the return date.
  3. 3. If students are more than an hour late in returning the rented item, they will be prohibited from renting again for a semester.
