Overview
The origins of Ewha Law School can be traced back to the Department of Law in Ewha College of Law and Politics established in 1950. In 1996, Ewha College of Law was founded and became Ewha Law School.

The aim of education
Ewha Law School is constantly making efforts to develop a stronger and more stable curriculum to turn itself into a premier global law school. To achieve this goal, the school simultaneously focuses on the quality of education as well as growing in stature. In addition, the school strives to establish a strong alumnae network that supports graduates to remain skilled in today’s competitive legal world.
Careers
In 2012 the first group of students graduated from Ewha Law School. The graduates from this program typically find careers as lawyers, but also in other wide fields of law such as academia, education and administration, diplomacy, politics, finance, business, legal aid, the NGO sector for gender issues, and others.
