Graduate School of Business Signed an MOU with Women in Innovation for Developing Next-generation Women Leaders

The Graduate School of Business (Business School) and Women in Innovation (WIN) signed an MOU for developing next-generation women leaders on December 21st, 2023 (Thu).
Both institutions agreed to create a system for cooperation to develop and offer mentorship for next-generation women leaders. The MOU includes as follows: exchanges of both institutions’ knowledge, skills, and information to provide high-quality educational programs, cooperation on providing mentorship and classes for women’s executive leadership, and co-hosting of special events.

Under this MOU, the Business School and the WIN will develop and provide classes for women in leadership as of the 2024 spring semester. The MBA students will learn how to deal with the challenges women in leadership face and expand their horizons to develop their visions and strategies as future leaders. The program will take a Saturday workshop format to encourage students to network with fellow students and the WIN executives.
“I wish this MOU can be an opportunity to cooperate with the WIN, and to make the Ewha MBA program a cradle of future women leaders in South Korea,” said Dean Zi of the Business School. “I wish cooperation with the Business School can be an opportunity for us to meet diverse students and develop next-generation women leaders in addition to collaboration in curriculum development, such as co-hosting a conference,” said CEO Seo.
