김영준(金榮俊) 교수
컴퓨터공학과 /인공지능학과
김영준 교수는 엘텍공과대학 소프트웨어학부 컴퓨터공학과의 교수로 재직중이며, 컴퓨터그래픽스/가상현실 연구센터장과 시뮬레이션 기반 융복합 콘텐츠 연구센터장을 겸하고 있다. 김교수는 2000년에 미국 Purdue 대학의 컴퓨터학과에서 이학박사학위를 취득 하였으며, 본교에 부임하기전에 미국의 노스캐롤라이나대학 채플힐의 GAMMA 연구그룹에서 박사후연구원으로 근무하였다. 김교수의 연구분야는 실시간 컴퓨터그래픽스, 로보틱스 AI, 컴퓨터게임, 햅틱스, 기하모델링등을 포함하고 있으며, 이 분야의 우수 학술대회 및 학회지에 100여건 이상의 논문을 발표하였다. 특히, ACM Solid Modeling Conference (2003)와 International CAD Conference (2008)에는 최우수 논문상을 수상하였으며, Geometric Modeling and Processing Conference (2006)년에는 최우수 포스터상을 수상하였다. 그리고 2008년에는 이화여대 우수연구교수, 2016년에는 이화여대 펠로우, 2023년에는 엘텍공과대학 우수강의교수로 선정이 되었으며, 한국연구재단(2008)과 지식경제부(2011)로부터 우수연구사례로 선정된 바 있다. 김교수는 현재 Asia Graphics의 부회장이며, Eurographics의 한국측 대표 역할을 맡고 있고, Journal of Computer Animation and Virtual Worlds, International Journal of Computational Geometry and Applications, Advances in Robotics Research의 편집위원으로도 활동하고 있다. 2022년부터는 한국연구재단 기초연구본부의 전문위원으로도 활동중이다.
