[Ewha OIA] Appy for Study Abroad Fair Student Representative

Dear International Exchange & Visiting students.

EWHA OIA seeks volunteering students at the 2016 Fall Study Abroad Fair.

Date: November 4th Friday 2016

Time: 11:00-17:00

Venue: ECC B4 Lee San Bong Hall.

To sign up for Student Representative, please click HERE to fill out the application until October 21st 15:00 .

The Study Abroad Fair is intended to give students who are interested in opportunities studying abroad practical information in a variety of ways, and also give an occasion where Ewha students and international students can socialize with each other and get real information.

The Study Abroad Fair in November will include below contents:

(1) Country's table

(2) Office of International Affairs Table

(3) Session by Invited Organizations

(4) Office of International Affairs Program Information Session

(1) Country’s table is where student representatives will assist Ewha students with their inquiries of your school or your country as a whole. Currently, we have received promotional materials from many different universities, including yours, and thus will be utilizing them at the fair.

We expect representatives to have pride in their home school/country and introduce it to students with fruitful information. The information you give out will be meaningful because no university departments can give such personal and lively tips. It would be a great experience for you and the inquirers.

Also, to be professionally prepared for the Study Abroad Day, we will have a short orientation where you will receive detailed information of the fair. Students will ask about life at campus, facilities, culture and more about staying at your school. We will assist you with example questionnaires so that you are adept with what kind of role you are expected to perform. We will come back to those who had signed up, with the OT dates later.

Last but not least, a ‘Certificate of Participation’ as well as a small gift will be given to Student Representatives as a gratitude for their service.

Feel free and take this opportunity to promote your school and your country!
