Room Use

- Student Activities: Regularly scheduled classes, make-up classes, exams, and other student activities, including study groups, clubs, seminars, and other events
* External organizations or groups are not allowed to use rooms in university buildings

Room Use Periods

- Room Use Period per Application: A maximum of 14 consecutive days (2 weeks)
* Applicants may submit requests up to 3 months before, and applications must be completed no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled activity (excluding weekends and public holidays)

General Classrooms & Event Venues

Weekdays & Saturdays: first through tenth periods (8:00 a.m.–10: 45 p.m.)

Designated Classrooms for Graduate Students

Weekdays: first through seventh periods (8:00 a.m.– 6:15 p.m.) Saturdays: first through third periods (8:00 a.m.– 12: 15 p.m.)

Hak-gwan & Little Theater in the Human Ecology Building (Morris Hall)

Weekdays & Saturdays: first through third periods (8:00 a.m.–9:15 p.m.)

* Events that may result in excessive noise are prohibited during normal class hours (Weekdays before 5 p.m. and Saturdays before 12:30 p.m.).

* Rooms are not available on Sundays and public holidays

Requesting a Room (online)

- Rooms may be requested online at EUREKA >Admin.> Room Reservation > Apply for use of room
* Students are encouraged to use rooms in the ECC building, which has central heating and air conditioning.
