Please bring the item to the Student Service Center (ECC Gate1 B303).

· If you have lost your item on campus

  1. A. Visit 'Ewha Homepage > Log-in > 게시판 > 분실물/습득물' and search on the list
  2. B. If you found an item that seems to be yours, visit the Student Service Center to receive the item after Identification.
  3. C. If you cannot find an item that seems to be yours, leave a message on the '분실물/습득물' board by clicking '등록'.

International airmail is received at the Student Service Center and sent overseas via DHL.

    - Mail collected by 11:00 a.m.: Sent via DHL Air Express the evening of the same day.
    - Mail collected after 11:00 a.m.: Sent via DHL Air Express the following evening.
    (Mail collected by 4:00 p.m. on the day before holidays and Fridays are sent via air on the same day.)

    In application packet mailings to universities or admissions offices in the United States, up to one CD-ROM is counted as document.

In the event that an enrolled student is injured in intramural and extramural activities, the actual expenses for injury treatment are covered under the plan.

  1. 1. Eligible Applicants
    Ewha Womans University undergraduate and graduate students (including foreign exchange students)
  2. 2. Type of Insurance
    On-or off-campus medical treatment expenses and accident insurance for researchers
  3. 3. Coverage
    A. Accidents occurring in relation to campus activities and research activities
    B. Faculty-led off-campus activities (classes, seminars, field studies, etc.)
  4. 4. Coverage Limit
    Please contact the Student Support Team (82-2-3277-3869, student@ewha.ac.kr) for more details.
  5. 5. Applying for Compensation
    Submit the following documents to the Administrative Office or the Department Office of your college/school.
    * As for accidents occurring in relation to activities of the Student Government Association or university clubs, please submit the documents to the Student Support Team (Room 202, Student Union).
  6. 6. Required Documents
    Details of accident, insurance claim application forms, medical certificate, receipt of outpatient medical treatment or hospitalization, photocopy of ID card, certificate of student registration (for foreign exchange students, “Certificate of Enrollment”), and photocopy of the information page in your bankbook.
  7. 7. Coverage Period
    Expenses for medical treatment for one year from the time of the accident are covered; applications for compensation must be submitted within two years.

ECC Lockers

1. Eligibility

· Enrolled undergraduate or graduate students or students on leave of absence (those who have completed a graduate program are not eligible)

2. Total number of lockers

· 750 Lockers
· Location: In front of ECC Gate 1, B303 Student Service Center

3. Application and Assignment Period

· Beginning of every semester (Mid February or Mid August, please refer to the homepage Notice Board)

4. How to apply

  1. A. EUREKA portal > My EUREKA > Academic Affairs > Student Service > Application of ECC Locker.
  2. B. Lockers are randomly assigned by computer. 
  3. C. After registration is closed, lockers of 'Students on leave' will be collected and re-assigned to students who did not receive a locker(In Mid March or Mid September)
  4. D. Period of Use: 1 semester
