International freshmen students (transfer students not eligible) who have completed at least more than 3 semesters and completed Level 6 (Intensive Program) of the Korean Intensive Program at Ewha Language Center

Selection Method
Recipients will be selected through a comprehensive evaluation of their abilities and potential as a global female leader, based on submitted documents.

Scholarship Notification
The scholarship result will be notified individually via personal e-mail after the admission announcement.

Notice
① The Ewha International Students Steering Committee may reduce or revoke the scholarship award upon review, if the recipient fails to fulfill eligibility requirements for reasons
     such as dissatisfaction of GPA requirement or inability to continue attendance at the university or conduct unbecoming of a university student.
② The recipients of the ‘scholarship for incoming international students’ must possess a Medical Insurance for the incoming semester in order to be qualified to receive the
     scholarship

(Merit-based)

Undergraduate registered students who meet the following criteria: (1) students who entered via special admission for international students, (2) who earned 15 credit hours without failure in previous semester, and (3) who excel in academic performance

※ Among the students satisfying the qualifications above, students who have higher GPA among international students have priority to be selected.
※ If the students take Korean courses, they may be eligible for the scholarship with only 12 credit hours earned.
※ The university limits scholarship beneficiaries to those with TOPIK score of Level 4 or above. (Exception: Students majoring in International Studies)

ISS V
(Volunteer)

Undergraduate or general graduate registered students who have foreign nationality, earned 10 credit hours (undergraduate) or 6 credit hours (graduate) in previous semester and whose GPA is over 2.0 (out of 4.3). Students should work for foreign alumni association or work as a volunteer for the Office of International Affairs.
※ The university limit scholarship beneficiaries to those with TOPIK score of Level 4 or above. (Exception: Students majoring in International Studies and/or students who work as a volunteer for the Office of International Affairs)
