Psychology is a science that seeks to explain the fundamental human condition, cause of mind and behavior, through experiments, survey, and observation. Unlike philosophy and literature, psychology measures human and animal behavior in a controlled environment.

Because it uses precise and objective research methods, this field is suitable for students who want to analytically understand various human problems through scientific thought process.
