This is the sixth AEECA, an international academic conference led by the IEEE Computer Society headquarters, it is a competitive conference with only 30% of adoption rates. Lee Jungha’s paper, <Write Cache Management for Periodic Storage Flush in Mobile Deep Learning Workloads> analyzes that the main reason for storage flush in mobile deep learning workloads is the large number of flush operations resulting from cyclic references and addressed this by designing an efficient write-cache policy. Lee’s work is especially a development of the recent mobile GPU technology, and in the fact that it deals with problems in which deep learning workloads based on cloud servers have partially been moved to mobile devices, was highly praised as a timely achievement which is consistent with the changing flow of AI.
