Ra-Keum Huh Professor Emeritus
Professor Huh, Ra-Keum finished her doctorate at Western Philosophy(Moral philosophy) at Sogang University(Korea) at 1992 and after a year of 1995, she became a professor of Women's Studies at Ewha Womans University. Her chief era of research lies on Feminism ideology; furthermore she focused on pragmatic theme such as morality of caring, Eco-feminism, and Gender main streaming. Nowadays, research project with the theme of 'Asian women and disaster' is her main concern and other than that, she keeps her interests on ego, subjectivity, and autonomy, mostly about the concept of behavioral ideology. Her significant published articles are 『From the Ethic of Principles to a Feminist Ethic : Center on “Integrity”』, 『Migration in Global Asia and Gender』(compilator), "Commercialization of caring in a contents of immigrant woman's laboring", and "re-conception on active measure for Gender converting strategy". Her main classes are <Feminist Theories>, <Feminist Theoretical Issues>, <Feminist Ethics>, <Feminist Epistemology>, <Feminism and Political Philosophy>.
