Jun Soo Kim Professor
Department of Chemistry & Nanoscience
Professor Jun-Soo Kim is a professor in the Department of Chemistry and Nano Science. The focus of his research is in the theoretical and computational modeling of complex systems, aiming at the fundamental understanding of molecular and physical principles. In particular, his recent research is focused on the biophysics of chromatin organization and macromolecular crowding and on the molecular understanding of ice crystallization and growth. He received his PhD at 2009 from the Department of Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and worked in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University as a postdoctoral fellow. He joined Ewha Womans University since 2011.
