CHANG, JUNG-HYUN Professor Emeritus

Doctor J.H. Chang, pulmonologist and critical care specialist at Ewha University, specializes on lung cancer and asthma study. After graduating Yonsei University, he has completed his Master’s and Ph.D. at the college. Dr. Chang had accomplished his clinical works at The University of Yonsei, 1992-93, British Columbia, 1993-94 and The Pennsylvania State University, 2006-07. Dr. Chang has directed 11 master or doctorate dissertation. He is a director of Examination Board at The Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases during 2012-14. To date, Dr. Chang has taken part in 25 clinical researches of domestic or international field. His research career includes main authors or co-authors of approximately 30 SCI enlistment papers. Dr. Chang has also translated “Taking Control of Asthma” by the Harvard Medical School which provides asthma management guidelines for patients. In 2014, he received Ministry of Health and Welfare Award for the contribution of tuberculosis control.
