Young-Suk Kim Professor
Department of Food Science & Biotechnology
Dr. Young-Suk Kim is a professor in the department of Food Science and Engineering and a professional in the field of Flavor Chemistry and Metabolomics. He got his Ph. D. from Rutgers University, USA and acted as a Post-doctoral Associate at University of Minnesota, USA. Then he worked as a principal scientist at Griffith Laboratories Company, USA. He published about one hundred papers in major internatiol journals. Also, he is an acting associate editor in Journal of Integrated-OMICS and Journal of Korean Society for Applied Biological Chemistry.
