Youngjoo Kwon Professor
Department of Food Science & Biotechnology
Dr. Youngjoo Kwon is a facultymember in the Department of Food Science and Engineering. She received her Ph.D. from University of Maryland at College Park. During her postdoctoral training at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia and the University of Kansas Medical center, she focused on the studies investigating many aspects of cancer prevention and treatment. Currently, she is studying the role of bioactive food components in human diseases including cancer.
