Dr. Sunhee (Sunny) Seo is currently an Associate Professor of Nutritional Sciences and Food Management. She earned Ph.D. in foodservice and hospitality management from Kansas State University in the States. Her main research area is related to the foodservice marketing and institutional foodservice. She has recently conducted research on dining out behavior, food choices in tourism, and foodservice for elderly. As a part of her research program, she has more than 20 published or in-press articles in referred hospitality and food journals such as International Journal of Hospitality Management, Current Issues in Tourism, Food Control, Journal of Food Safety, and British Food Journal. She serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Foodservice management and Korean Journal of Hospitality Administration and compilation committee of Foodservice Yearbook since 2008.
