Professor Hyogun KYM has been one of the key researchers in the field of knowledge and creativity management in Korea. His approach to the real-life issues and problems of Korean companies is characterized as "trans-disciplinary" and/or "consilient" methodology development with the integration of management theories, humanities, social sciences, natural sciences and arts. He has published more than forty research papers in the SSCI and SCIE-rated journals such as 'Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences' and 'INFORMATION-An International Interdisciplinary Journal' and four books including <Neo-Intellectuals>, <Informatization Strategies>, <T-Commerce Strategies>, and <Creativity and Creativity Management>. He is also a well-known music composer in Korea with his hit songs like <A Thousand Winds> and <Snow>, etc.
