Myung-Ho Chung Professor

Myung-Ho Chung is a professor of management and organization (M&O) at the Shool of Business, Ewha Womans University, Seoul, Korea. He received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior (OB) from Yonsei University, Seoul. His current research interests include social networks and individual/group performance, workforce diversity management, and high-performance team. He served as the editor-in-chief of Korean Journal of Management (KJOM) and now is the president of Korean Academy of Management (KAM). His research appears in over 30 refereed journal articles including Academy of Management Journal (AMJ), Academy of Management Review (AMR), Korean Journal of Management, and Korean Management Review. He is the author of Cultural Complexity in Organizations (Sage), Paradox and Management (SERI), Human Networks an Management (SERI), and Handbook of Management Theory 2.0 (CloudNine). He received Outstanding Mid-Career Researcher Award by Korean Academy of Management.
