Ewha holds 2017 Spring Study Abroad Fair

Ewha Office of Global Affairs held 2017 Spring Study Abroad Fair on Tuesday, April 25 for Ewha students who want to study abroad as exchange students.

The Study Abroad Fair has been held every semester since 2015 with the aim of encouraging Ewha students to learn abroad and of providing a meeting place between the students and foreign exchange and visiting students overseas.

The event was attended by 70 foreign exchange student representatives from 87 universities of 20 countries, including German, the U.S., Switzerland, Italy, Japan, and France as well as by 42 Ewha student representatives who had experience of studying abroad as an exchange student. In the booths arranged by country, they provided useful information on their campus life and their country’s culture, along with various activities like presenting self-made school profiles and giving quizzes.

Meanwhile, the British Council also joined the event and promoted Chevening Scholarship, the nation’s global scholarship program, which appealed to students planning to study in Britain.
