1. The login method for campus information systems, such as the portal and cyber campus, will change.
To prevent account theft incidents that can occur with ID/PW login authentication, we are introducing a two-factor authentication system for integrated login.
※ After the login method change, currently enrolled students and employed faculty/staff will no longer be able to log in using only an ID and password. You must install the mobile authentication app and complete second-factor authentication to log in.
A. Details of the Changes
- Expansion of authentication methods: Addition of Mobile Authentication and Passkey Authentication
- Enhanced security: Additional authentication required when logging in with ID/password (external email verification)
B. Authentication Methods
※ We strongly recommend using “Mobile Authentication” or “Passkey Authentication,” which are safer and more convenient than the existing ID/password method.
- Mobile Authentication: Simple PIN / biometric authentication (fingerprint) / QR login (※ Installation of a dedicated mobile authentication app is required)
- Passkey Authentication: Uses the built-in authentication features of the user’s device (office PC, laptop, etc.)
- ID/Password Authentication: Additional authentication required after entering ID/password(※ Prior registration of an external email address is required)
C. Enrolled students and currently employed faculty/staff: Second-factor authentication is mandatory
D. Applicable Systems: All information services using Integrated Authentication (SSO), including the Portal and Cyber Campus
E. Date: January 27, 2026 (Tuesday)
※ Due to system transition work, the new login method may be applied starting from the evening of Monday, January 26.
2. Please register an external email address to secure an alternative login method.
(This serves as a backup in case mobile authentication is unavailable, such as when you do not have your phone.)
