Ewha Produce 49 Successful Candidates in the 52th Judicial Examination
According to the results of the final round of the 52th National Judicial Examination announced on November 26, Ewha produced 49 successful candidates. The total number of successful candidates this year is 814.
16 of the 49 successful candidates are currently enrolled undergraduate students of Ewha. The figure of the Ewha's successful candidates of judicial examination marks △51 in 2005 △52 in 2006 △57 in 2007, and △63 in 2008 and △55 in 2009. Ewha has produced a total of 536 successful candidates as of 2010.
In addition, Korea had reformed existing judicial exam and established American-style postgraduate law schools in 2009. The first bar exam will be held from 2012.
Ewha ranks forth in the total number of successful candidates to enter law school nation wide. Ewha produced 123 successful candidates for law schools in 2009 and 153 successful candidates this year, boasting outstanding performance in the judicial circles.
