Ewha Technology Holdings hosted the Ewha Tech Startup Investor Conference at the Conference Room in the Pfeiffer Hall of Ewha Womans University on November 16th (Thu).
Under the vision of building an ecosystem for open cooperation between academia and industry and re-creating global-level research-based technology values, Ewha Technology Holdings has carried out the Technology Management Center (TMC) project of the Ministry of Science and ICT, supporting and facilitating the growth of lab startups.
The investor conference provided a venue for startup entrepreneurs in academia and prospective startup entrepreneurs to learn the current state of the investment market and receive advice on effective startup management and investment strategies from expert investors. CEO Dong-hyeon Lee of Shinhan Venture Investment and Director Jongcheol Kim of the Innovative Financing Group at the Industrial Bank of Korea gave lectures on the current state of the investment market and strategies to attract investors. The conference was a significant milestone for Ewha Womans University in improving the startup ecosystem and facilitating tech-based startups.
