Student Startup Week is an event organized by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and ICT, and Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and hosted by the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED), Laboratory-Specialized Startup Leading University Program, Startup Curriculum for Outstanding Universities and Talents (SCOUT) Program, National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF), and Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation. The event aims to close the gap in entrepreneurship education across regions, foster entrepreneurial spirit among students, promote a startup-friendly culture, and nurture aspiring entrepreneurs.

Our university continues to make dedicated efforts to discover and foster student startup teams with the potential to become future female entrepreneurs, positioning itself as a leader in global women’s entrepreneurship. Kim Sang-Jun, Head of the Startup Support Office, remarked, “The synergy between the diverse startup support programs provided by the university and the passion of our students has produced remarkable results. We will continue to support student startup activities and work toward spreading a startup-friendly culture.”
