[Academic] 2023 Winter Course Registration Confirmation/Change Notice

※ From 2023 winter semester course registration, You must enter a macro prevention key once before add/drop your courses to use "Wish list,“ "Course Registration",or "Chapel” menu. - After you enter the macro prevention key once, no additional macro preventive key input is requested until you logout. ( Please refer to [Announcement on Course Registration System with Enhanced Security(*from 2023 winter semester course registration) (ewha.ac.kr)] for more information.
1. Period: 2023. 12. 11(Mon) 09:00 ~ 12. 13(Wed) 15:00
2. Procedures and Important Information
A. Proceed via the Course Registration Program (http://sugang.ewha.ac.kr).
B. Course cancellation: You must select the course you would like to cancel and press “Del” to complete the cancellation.
C. Course change: You must select the course you would like to change and press “delete” to cancel the course first. Then you must choose and enter the course you would like to take instead of the deleted course. The total number of credits after the change of course cannot exceed the initial total number of credits before the course change.
D. If there is a cancelled course due to lack of students, you will have an opportunity to select an alternative course on 2023. 12. 14(Thu) 13:00~17:00. The cancelled course notice will be listed on the Notice Board before the morning of 2023. 12.14(Thu).
E. Tuition refund: You will receive a tuition refund according to the number of credits you have cancelled or changed (if the total number of credits is lower than the total number of credits prior course cancellation and change period.). The refund will be made to the bank account listed on your Eureka system. Please check whether you have updated your bank account details. If not, you must update the bank account detail at “MyEureka→Academic Affairs → Student Information→ My Bank Account” before 2023. 12. 14. (Thu) 17:00. (Accounting Team: 02-3277-2089)
