Please see the following for details of English name confirmation and change to issue the English diploma for prospective graduates(undergraduate students) of February 2026.
1. Eligibility: Prospective graduates(undergraduate students) of February 2026
2. How to check your name
A. Menu: 유레카>학사행정>학생종합정보>개인정보변경>영문이름
(EUREKA Portal>Academic affairs>Student Information>Personal Information>English Name)
B. You must match the name printed in your diploma to the exact name as it appears on your passport.
C. Last Name, First name in order: “Last Name,(Comma)(Blank)First Name”
(ex: KIM, EWHA)
* In case you do not want to follow the given name order, you can use a different order as you wish.
3. How to change your name: Submit a copy of your passport and ‘Correction of school registration form(attached Form)’ to the Registrar's Office for change.
(If you don't have a passport, it should be marked in accordance with the English name notation method on your country's passport)
4. Confirmation Period: December 4(Thu). 2025 ~ January 19(Mon). 2026
* English Diploma will not be issued to students who did not register their English names in EUREKA.
* Diploma will not be reissued.
* Please be noted that students cannot change English name temporarily after the confirmation period until the graduation day.
