Dr. Miyoung Kim is a professor at the Division of Nursing Science and majors in nursing management. Dr. Kim received her Ph.D. in nursing from Ewha Womans university and has carried out research on nursing resources management, dementia, and work-family balance. Up to the present, roughly 20 research has appeared in the renowned international journals recognized as SCI or SSCI. Dr. Kim was also involved in the publication of translated academic books such as <Nursing Management>( Hyunmoonsa), <Interviews for Qualitative Research>(Hyunmoonsa), <Interpretive Description>(Hanuri).
