Dr. Eok-Soo Oh, Professor at the department of life sciences and Plural professor in Scranton College, received his Ph.D. degree in cell biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He completed postdoctoral training at the Harvard Medical School and joined the faculty at Ewha Womans University in 1999. Dr. Oh's research program focuses on ‘Oncogenic signaling networks in tumor microenvironment’ and ‘Diagnosis and treatment of cancer’. He has published approximately 90 papers in related SCI journals and actively involved in diverse academic activities both domestically and internationally. In addition to being the Editor of ‘J Histochem Cytochem’ and ‘Scientifica’, he is on the Editorial Board of ‘Mol. Cells’, ‘BMB reports’ and ‘Int. J. Cell Biol’ as a guest editor. He served as the Director of the Business Incubation Center, and currently is President of ‘Office of Research’ and President of ‘Ewha University-Industry Collaboration Foundation’.
