Josephine Lee(이미진) 프로필 사진 
이미진 교수의 주요 연구 관심분야는 영어말하기교육, 제2언어 화용론(L2 Pragmatics), 그리고 교실 및 미디어 담화 분석이다. 대화분석(Conversation Analysis)을 활용하여 교실·가정·디지털 미디어 환경에서 이루어지는 언어 사용을 미시적으로 탐구하며, 이를 바탕으로 상호작용 중심 영어교육에 대한 이해를 확장하고 교수·학습 실제에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 연구 결과는 Applied Linguistics, TESOL Quarterly, Language Teaching Research, System, Journal of Pragmatics, Linguistics and Education, Social Semiotics을 비롯한 SSCI 및 A&HCI 국제 학술지와 국내 KCI 등재 학술지에 다수 게재되었으며, 한국사회언어학회 우수논문상과 이화여자대학교 강의우수교원상을 수상한 바 있다. 또한 한국연구재단 신진연구자지원사업과 한–일협력연구사업 등 여러 국가 연구과제를 수행하였고, 한국과학창의재단의 창의교육 선도 교원양성대학 운영사업에도 참여하였다. 현재는 유아·아동의 이중언어 상호작용, 부모·교사의 화용적 지원 전략, AI·디지털매체 기반 언어학습, 그리고 협력수업의 교실 담화를 중심으로 연구를 활발히 진행하고 있다.
