김양하(金良河) 교수

김양하 교수는 식품영양학과 소속 교수로 분자영양학 분야 연구의 권위자다. 미국 코네티컷 대학원에서 박사학위를 받았다. 분자생물학적 분석 기술을 이용하여 녹차 catechin, lutein, 인삼 saponin, 마늘, mulberry, 마치현 등과 같은 바이오 식품소재들의 AMPK-Sirt1-PGC1α pathway 활성화를 통한 항비만, 항염증, 근육 미토콘드리아 및 콜레스테롤 대사 조절 기전을 밝히는 연구를 수행하고 있다. 또한 개인의 맞춤형 정밀영양관리를 위한 메디푸드, 고령친화식품 개발을 위하여 밀키트의 건강증진 임상시험 연구를 수행하고 있다.  총 180 여편의 논문을 <Cell Metabolism> 및 <Journal of Nutrition> 등의 SCI급 국제 및 국내학술지에 발표했다. 저서로는 『이해하기 쉬운 고급영양학』(라이프 사이언스), 『영양 그리고 건강』(교문사) 등이 있다.  식품의약품안전처 자문위원, 전국식품영양학과 교수협의회 회장, 한국여과총 총무이사, Journal of Medicinal Food 편집장, 한국식품영양과학회 부회장, 방송통신심의위원회 광고특별위원회 위원, 한국연구재단 영양학 전문위원 등을 역임하였으며, 현재 대한민국의학한림원 정회원으로 한국영양학회 회장, 한국과학기술단체총연합회 농수산분야 전문위원 등으로 활동하고 있다.
