이승혁(David Lee)교수는 2016년 인디애나대학교에서 행정학 박사학위를 받았으며 2021년 3월부터 이화여자대학교 행정학과에 재직 중이다. 관심 연구 분야는 협업과 포용에 기반한 거버넌스 체계 구축 및 운영이며, 특히 재난과 노숙자, 그리고 다양성 관련 주제를 연구하고 있다. 연구 성과는 Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, Policy & Politics, Review of Public Personnel Administration 와 같은 행정학 주요 저널과 Cities, Disasters, Journal of Urban Affairs 등과 같은 다양한 사회과학분야의 학술지에 게재하였다. 이화여대에 오기 전에는 하와이대학교 조교수(2017.08-2021.02)와 인디애나대학교 강사(2016.08-2017.06)로 근무하였다. 2024년부터는 Public Personnel Management 편집위원(Editorial Board Member)과 International Review of Public Administration 편집장(Managing Editor)으로 활동하고 있다.
