이정륜 프로필 사진 
이정륜 (이정윤) 교수는 이화여자대학교 행정학과 부교수로 정책결정 및 집행과정, 네트워크조직관리, 비영리조직관리, 에너지자원 정책 분야를 중심으로 연구와 교육활동을 수행하고 있다. 이화여자대학교 행정학과에서 학사와 석사 학위를 취득한 뒤, 미국 State University of New York at Albany 의 Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy 에서 행정학 박사학위를 받았다. 이화여자대학교 부임 전에는 University of Kentucky의 Martin School of Public Policy and Administration 에서 부교수 및 정책·행정학 석사 프로그램 디렉터로 재직했으며, Ball State University 정치학과에서 조교수로 근무하였다.

연구성과는 Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Management Review, Policy & Politics, Review of Public Personnel Administration, Nonprofit Management & Leadership 등 행정·정책학 분야의 주요 국제 학술지에 게재되었다. 현재 Public Administration Review (PAR) 과 Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory (JPART) 의 편집위원으로 활동하고 있으며 International Review of Public Administration의 북리뷰 에디터를 맡고 있다.

이러한 연구활동은 Academy of Management Conference, Public and Nonprofit Section Best Paper Award (2018, 2023, 2026), American Society of Public Administration Section Complexity Network Studies Sam Overman Award (2021), State University of New York at Albany, Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy 최우수 박사논문상 (2016), Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA) Staats Emerging Scholars Award (2015) 등을 수상하였다.
