장중현 명예교수
장중현 교수는 호흡기내과학을 전공하였고 주로 폐암과 천식 관련 연구를 하고 있다. 연세대학교를 졸업 후 동 대학원에서 석사 및 박사과정을 마쳤고, 연세대학교(1992-93), 캐나다 브리티시컬럼비아주립대(1993-94)와 미국 펜실바니아주립대(2006-07)에서 연수를 받은 바 있다. 현재까지 11명의 석사, 박사논문을 지도하였다. 2012-14년 대한결핵 및 호흡기학회의 고시이사로 활동 중이며, 현재까지 약 25회의 국제 및 국내 임상연구에 참여한 바 있다. 연구논문으로는 약 30편의 SCI 등재지에 책임저자 및 공동저자로 저술하였으며, 『천식이겨내기』라는 환자를 위한 천식관리지침에 대한 한편의 번역서가 있다. 2014년에 그는 결핵관리의 공로로 보건복지부 장관상을 수상한 바 있다.
