정영진(鄭怜珍) 부교수

영어영문학부

정영진 프로필 사진 
정영진 교수는 미국 매사추세츠 주립대(앰허스트)에서 영문학 박사학위를 받았다. 2013년부터 본교 영어영문학전공 소속 교수로 재직하고 있으며 영국문학을 가르치고 있다. 르네상스 시를 중심으로 한 근세 영국문학이 전공분야이며, 지금까지의 연구는 문학과 문화 담론의 상호작용, 특히 동시대 역사 안에서 문학 장르, 미학적 형식, 시학이 형성되는 과정에 초점을 맞추어왔다. 현재 진행 중인 연구는 근세 영국의 인쇄술과 출판문화의 발달, 텍스트 생산과 유통에 관련된 사회적, 경제적, 물리적 환경 연구이다.
