Dr Yangha Kim is pofessor of Dept. Nutritional Science and Food Management and her research area is molecular nutrition. She complete doctoral degree in Dept. Nutritional Science, University of Connecticut, U.S.A, and has been studying about regulatory mechanism of functional foods on obesity and personal nutrition. She has worked as Dean of Human Ecology Research Institute and published over 120 articles in leading journals such as Cell Metabolism and Journal of Nutrition. She also published 8 books including <Nutritional science>.
