Prof. Yoomi Kim is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Ewha Womans University, where she conducts in-depth and interdisciplinary research on international administration and environmental policy. She received her B.A. and M.A. in Public Administration from Ewha Womans University and earned her Ph.D. in International Studies from Waseda University in Japan. Her research interests include international policy, environmental policy, sustainable development, and policy evaluation. She actively integrates spatial analysis, big-data analytics, and other methodological approaches to advance cross-disciplinary inquiry. She also maintains ongoing international collaborations with scholars in Japan, the United States, China, and beyond through joint research and global projects. Her work has appeared in leading domestic and international journals, including Global Environmental Politics and Stochastic Environmental Research and Risk Assessment.
