David Lee completed his Ph.D. in Public Affairs from Indiana University in 2016. He joined the Department of Public Administration at Ewha Womans University in March 2021. His research interests cover a wide range of topics, including designing effective collaborative and inclusive governance systems and addressing various social issues such as disasters, homelessness, and discrimination. His work has been published in major Public Administration journals such as the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, and Review of Public Personnel Administration. Additionally, his work has been featured in various social science field journals, including Cities, Disasters, and Journal of Urban Affairs. Before joining Ewha Womans University, he served as an assistant professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa (2017.08-2021.02) and a lecturer at Indiana University Bloomington (2016.08-2017.06). Since 2024, he has been an Editorial Board Member of Public Personnel Management and a Managing Editor of the International Review of Public Administration.
