Please follow below instructions to cancel your course registration for 2020 Summer School.
1. Cancellation dates and refund ratio
Before 1/3 into the Summer School Period | Before 1/2 into the Summer School Period | Note | ||
Cancellation period | 09:00 14 July, 2020 (Tue) ~ 17:00 15 July, 2020 (Wed) | 09:00 17 July, 2020 (Fri) ~ 17:00 20 July, 2020 (Mon) | Cancellation is not applicable after the cancellation period | |
Refund amount | 2/3 of Tuition Fee (Basic Tuition Fee ₩10,500 not included) | 1/2 of Tuition Fee (Basic Tuition Fee ₩10,500 not included) |
2. Cancellation details
A. Cancellation Procedure
1) 『sugang.ewha.ac.kr → Course withdrawal』
2) Press [수강취소]
B. Check Cancellation:
1) 『sugang.ewha.ac.kr → View Course Registration』
2) During Cancellation Period: Cancelled course will have a “W” listed on Withdrawal
3) After Cancellation Period: Cancelled course will be deleted
4) Please check your cancellation status after cancellation
C. Refund
1) After cancellation, tuition fee will be refunded at the bank account number registered in Eureka.
2) Please check whether you have entered your bank account number at
『MyEureka→Academic Affairs → Student Information→ My Bank Account』
If not entered please enter before 7pm during the cancellation period
D. Important Notes
1) Some courses are not applicable for cancellation. Please check prior cancellation.
