Professor Jieun E. Kim is an assistant professor at the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences, Ewha W. University Graduate School, where she has been actively pursuing research in the field of brain sciences using neuroimaging methodologies. Professor Kim received M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from Seoul National University College of Medicine, and completed her internship, residency, and clinical fellowship at Seoul National University Hospital. Until now, she has published about 20 scientific articles in leading international journals, including JAMA Psychiatry. Professor Kim has also participated in the writing of international textbooks including The Bipolar Brain (Oxford University Press).
