Seung-Ah Lee Professor

Seung-Ah Lee is a professor of applied linguistics in the Division of English Language and Literature. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics [formerly, the Research Centre for English and Applied Linguistics (RCEAL)], University of Cambridge. Her main interests include corpus linguistics,  second language acquisition and translation studies. Her research is based on data drawn from the English language and focuses on bridging the gap between theoretical linguistics and descriptive and pedagogical linguistic activities. She has published widely on this topic in Journal of Linguistics (indexed in SSCI and A&HCI) and many KCI (Korea Citation Index) journals.
