Dongsub Cho Professor Emeritus
Dong-Sub Cho is professor of Department of Computer Science and Engineering , EWha Womans University, Before joining the Department in 1985, he was lecturer at Seoul National University. He received Ph.D from Seoul National University. His teaching area are Digital Logic Design and System Architecture, Service Oriented Web Engineering, Computer Based Education, and Pervasive Computing. He has research interests such as Computer Systems Design for mobile and wireless networks, Computer visual computing, perceptual computing, Human Motion Detection, Smartcard Application, and Digital Forensics. He has memberships in several academic society. Recently he was elected and served as President of Korean Multimedia Society in 2012. He served as Advisory committee member of the Ministry of Employment and Labor , Prosecutor's Office, Korea Evaluation Institute Of Industrial Technology , The Korea Institute for the Advancement of Technology, National Research Foundation of Korea, and others for Business Valuation and Consulting activity. Main research interests are industrial computer systems integration, application design, and service quality improvement techniques, intelligent video computing technologies, Web-based Internet technology research, development of smart card core technology. His publications are <microcomputer>, <Digital Design>, <Computer Graphics> <Numerical Analysis> and so on.
